Jeanne was an excellent Realtor for a first time home buyer, or to any home buyer for that matter. She reassured us throughout the process that sometimes our target would change and our home needs would evolve as we visited, and was very patient, answering all of our questions no matter what time of day or night.

Jeanne really prepared us for home buying and gave us all of the tools and gentle suggestions we needed to make the right decision for ourselves. She was a great consultant when it came to decisions big and small, but also let us figure out issues on our own. She made the process an education experience for us and we feel like very prepared and knowledgeable buyers.

We especially appreciated her emails to keep us organized after the offer was accepted, literally labeling them "Step 1, Step 2...," which was the best thing for two people who were scared about such a big purchase. She made home buying, not only a reality, but really something that we could confidently manage.
